MultiTDS: Analysis of Sequence Data Under Multivariate Trait-Dependent Sampling

MultiTDS is a command-line software program written in C++ to implement the methods described in Tao et al. (2015) for the analysis of sequence data under multivariate trait-dependent sampling. The program is written for 64-bit x86 based Linux. The most recent version is 1.0, which can be downloaded here. A brief documentation is available here.
